Syngenta has pledged Tk.3.75 crores in scholarship fees in January 2022 for five female students from farmer families at the Asian University for Women (AUW) from Jan 2022 to Dec 2026. This is to cover the tuition fees of five female students for a five-year education program in Asian University for Women.

The scholarship will cover tuition, room and board, health coverage, textbooks, and supplies along with possibility of internship opportunities with Syngenta.
